Question Bank/Mock Exams

Do you provide any Free Mock Exams for MRCEM Primary or UKMLA-AKT or PLAB-1 exams?

We know how important is for students to practice mock exams in addition to studying question banks. Therefore, we are providing 1 Free Mock Exam for all users who subscribe to their respective exams on our website.

Timed (3 hrs) exam to take 180 MCQs for MRCEM-Primary.

Timed (3 hrs) exam to take 180 MCQs for PLAB-1.

Timed (2 hrs) exam to take 100 MCQs for UKMLA-AKT.

Are images used in your website from other sources?

We have used some images from wikipedia which are under common licence by attribution or under public domain only. 

Do you add new MCQs into Question bank or add new Mock exams?

We do add new MCQs at intervals. We also add new mock exams so that students get familiar with timed exam pattern and format.

Can users 'RESET' question bank and mock exams?

We understand the importance of revision for any exam. So, there is RESET facility for question banks but can be done ONLY ONCE. But, the requirement is that user has to finish attempting all the questions in that particular chapter before RESET is allowed.  For mock exams, there is no reset facility.

Why there is a different subscription for UKMLA-AKT and PLAB-1 exam when the syllabus is the same?

You are absolutely correct to say that the syllabus is the same for above exams. Because of the difference in their main format, we have chosen to offer different subscriptions. Example: Mock (UKMLA-AKT) exam has 100 MCQs to be taken in 2 hours and Mock (PLAB-1) exam has 180 MCQS to be taken in 3 hours. We offer 1 Free Mock exam to the users when they choose their respective subscription.

Subscriptions and Payment Issues

My card payment has been declined. How can I get subscription?

Ensure that you have typed all card details correctly. If paying from India, you have to enable your bank card for international transaction which can be done by contacting your own bank or add that facility in your net banking. You can also ask friends or family in UK to pay for your subscription (Please note that our business is not responsible for any agreements, disputes, or transactions between the subscriber and the payer).

If I am paying from India, do I need to activate my bank card for international transaction or do I need a PayPal account?

We strongly recommend users in India to contact their local bank or change settings in net banking, to enable their bank card for international transaction. This would facilitate a successful payment. You do not need to have a PayPal account. If you have a friend, colleague, or family member in the UK, they can purchase a subscription on your behalf (Please note that our business is not responsible for any agreements, disputes, or transactions between the subscriber and the payer).

I am not a resident of UK or India. Can I still sign up, pay and subscribe to your website?

Any user from any country can sign up to our website, But, for payment/subscription, we are only accepting payments from UK and India currently. However, users from other countries can ask their friend, colleague, or family member in the UK or India to purchase a subscription on their behalf. In the payment section, make sure the billing address/postcode matches with the person paying with their bank card. Please note that our business is not responsible for any agreements, disputes, or transactions between the user/subscriber and the payer.

My subscription period has come to an end. What should I do to access study resources again?

We provide one-off paid subscription for the duration you chose to study. After expiry date, you need to re-subscribe again.

What steps are required in the payment section, if a family member or friend is paying for my subscription?

In the payment page, in NAME on the CARD one should type the name of the person who is paying with their bank card or bank account. Also, the mobile number to receive OTP should belong to the person paying with their card. Make sure the BILLING ADDRESS matches with the card payer's address (Not the address of the student subscribing to our website). The above steps can facilitate their bank to authorise the payment successfully. The email can belong to student/subscriber's ID so that they can get confirmation about their subscription.

Login Issues

I have problems logging in. What should I do?

Ensure you are using the correct email address (user name) and password. Remember the passwords are case-sensitive. Other tips: Clear your browser's cache and cookies - Try a new browser/window - check your subscription expiry date. If problems persist, contact us.

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

Click on ‘forgot password’ and you would get an email to reset your password. Check your Inbox as well as Junk/Spam folder for this email.

Can I login to more than 1 device to study on your website?

Users can access their subscription and study on our website on ANY ONE DEVICE using their login details. This is to ensure that no other fraudulent users can use same login details and access our study resources without a paid subscription.

Do I risk losing my subscription if shared my login details with others?

Sharing your login credentials with others is strictly prohibited. Any accounts found to be used by multiple people may be suspended, and further actions could be taken in accordance with our terms of service. We take violations seriously to ensure fairness and security for all users.
