It has 3 components:

Format of MRCEM Primary exam

MRCEM (PRIMARY) exam is a written assessment exam where one has to choose a Single Best Answer (SBA) out of 5 choices. It has 180 multiple-choice questions and the duration of the exam is 3 hours.



There is no negative marking and hence answering all the questions is very important. Time management is key.
